Bidvest’s majority shareholding

At the end of 2017, Bidvest Financial Services acquired a majority shareholding in FinGlobal, deepening our existing relationship and providing beneficial advice and services for our clients. FinGlobal’s clients now have access to Bidvest Financial Services’ range of product offerings and FinGlobal’s expertise in transferring currency offshore allows Bidvest Financial Services to assist clients with the required compliance and necessary approvals.

New Customer Relationship Management System

We have also implemented Salesforce as our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Salesforce is the leading CRM system in the world and helps us to closely connect with our customers and deliver a superior level of service. Every customer is a priority at FinGlobal and Salesforce enables us to ensure they receive individual assistance tailored to their needs.
