  • we may change our privacy policy from time to time and if we make significant changes to it, we will provide notice through our website or other social media platforms so that you may review the changes. your continued access or use of the website will mean that you are consenting to the changes.

    we may disclose your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of the assets of one of the FinGlobal companies in the FinGlobal group of companies or as a result of a change in the control of one of the companies. any third party to which FinGlobal transfers or sells these assets will have the right to continue to use the personal information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this privacy policy.

    FinGlobal shall back up and store your personal information for as long as is necessary for achieving the purpose for which the information was collected or in accordance with any applicable laws eg: fais and fica.
    you have the right to access the personal information that we hold by sending a written request to legal@finglobal.com and inform us if any information is incorrect and requires amendment or updating.
  • objection:
    you may object to the processing of personal information at any time but you must have reasonable grounds for the objection. the objection must be made in writing to legal@finglobal.com and it must clearly set out the reasons for the objection.
