Over the course of 2015 we at finglobal.com have had the opportunity to assist a great many South African emigrants move their wealth offshore.

We have met people from all walks of life who have chosen, for many diverse and complex reasons, to take a leap of faith and start a new journey in a new country. Some have been on this journey for eons – and have been living their new lives for several years. Others have just started out – the excitement, pain and apprehension of a fresh move still lingering in their words and actions.

We’d like to thank you, one and all of our finglobal.com clients who have allowed us to walk a mile in your shoes. We have learned a lot from you.

We have learned that tenacity and fortitude are intrinsic to the South African spirit – no matter the geographical location of that spirit. We have learned that sometimes one has to give up the things one loves in order to kick-start one’s dreams. We have learned about new beginnings, exploration and forgiveness. We have learned that resolutions aren’t for the faint-hearted, but are necessary in order to reach one’s goals. We have learned that South Africans can face a great many challenges and fight as one for causes which are right, while still discussing it all casually around a braai later.

We hope to continue our journey with you, and to help even more of your friends and loved ones move their hard-earned money offshore and begin their new lives in a new country.
