  • 500ml (2 cups) of milk

  • 250ml (1 cup) double thick cream
  • 100g chopped Butter or Margarine
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence or extract

Directions

  2. Start by combining flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the sugar in a large bowl. Mix well.
