Caitlin Rooskrantz’s Road to the Olympics
Rooskrantz’s journey to the Olympics has been nothing short of inspiring. She started gymnastics at the young age of six and quickly fell in love with the sport. With hard work, dedication, and talent, she began competing at a national level by the age of 12.

She continued to make strides in her gymnastics career, competing at various international competitions and representing South Africa with pride.
Overcoming challenges
Like many athletes, Rooskrantz has faced her fair share of challenges along the way. In 2017, she suffered a serious knee injury that required surgery and months of rehabilitation.
