He has a strong background in all major business improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, TQM and Theory of Constraints) and has demonstrated technical and leadership expertise in all areas of ops, change and project management.
Phillip has held numerous senior roles in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia in a variety of industries including Aviation, Financial Services, Professional Services and the Public sectors. He is also an experienced Management Consultant specialising in business transformation, business process improvement and data analytics.
