His experience in financial services spans more than 20 years, holding positions with Barclays Funds in London and number of high-profile institutions in South Africa. Pieter has a BCom in Economics.

He studied at the University of Johannesburg and enjoys any sport that involves a bat, a ball or racket. He also competes regularly in triathlons and marathons.
