About Phillip

Phillip holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership (MBL), a BCom degree and a Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering. He has a strong background in all major business improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, TQM and Theory of Constraints).

He has demonstrated technical and leadership expertise in operations, change and project management. Phillip has held numerous senior roles in various industries in South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, including aviation, financial services, professional services, and the public sector. He is also an experienced Management Consultant specialising in business transformation, business process improvement and data analytics.
